I have the honour to enclose for the

signification of His Majesty's pleasure copies of an

Ordinence intituled:-

An Ordinance to amend further the Medical Registration

Ordinance, 1884, No. 2 of 1923.

together with the customery report by the Attorney General

in regard thereto.

In this connection I enclose a copy of a minute by the Attorney General regarding the position of the German medical practitioners who were on the Medionl Register of the Colony before the war. Under the new Ordinance it is proposed to remove the names of these persons from the Register.
